Please allow 1-3 to process your order. Expect an email within 3-4 days to let you
know your order is on the way! (Please note -Custom orders will take more time)

Orders can be picked up daily, from time selected upon checkout. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

26-30" Clocks -Standard 3 to 9 business days -$45.00

Any clocks over 30" will be pick up only. Due to shipping restrictions.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
At this time, we do not ship outside of Canada.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS:

Files will be delivered electronically. An automated instant download email will be sent to your email address, which will contain your download links. The digital files can be used with numerous cutting and printing software and machines (Silhouette, Cricut etc.)

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Custom signs cannot be returned.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible
at rawandrefineddecor@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
